CAREFILL PRESCRIPTION BENEFITS is a North Carolina based provider of prescription benefit services.  Our purpose is to create win-win situations in pharmacy benefits for both our clients and their members. 

From a client’s perspective, the costs to provide benefits, particularly drug benefits, have risen dramatically.  However the need to retain quality employees is critical in today’s business climate.  From a member’s perspective, getting the appropriate medicines in a timely, hassle-free manner is crucial.  Never before has managing the two perspectives been more important.
