Using the Drug Card:

1. Show your prescription drug coverage card to the pharmacy to ensure they have the proper coverage information on file each time you have a prescription filled.
2. The pharmacy will transmit the prescription information to CareFill and within seconds confirmation of your copay and other data will be transmitted back to the pharmacy.
3. The copay is the portion of the drug cost you are required to pay the pharmacy when you receive the filled prescription. 
4. If you do not use your drug card you will have to fill out a manual prescription claim form which you may get by calling 1-877-738-9334.

Network Pharmacies:

• CareFill Prescription Benefits is contracted with more than 50,000 pharmacies to receive prescription drugs at a discount for your employer.
• In most cases to maximize your prescription benefit you should utilize a Network Pharmacy.
• You can show your card to your pharmacy to verify that they participate in our Network.  You may also research Network Pharmacies by calling 1-877-738-9334.

Covered Drugs:

• The copay is the portion of the prescription cost that you pay the pharmacy when you have a prescription filled.
